- Oversee the implementation, review and periodic update of Compliance Policy, including policies and procedures, prescriptions in Compliance Manuals, internal codes of conduct, etc.

- Ensure compliance of regulatory/ supervisory directions given by RBI

- Disseminating regulations to business and support function and provide ongoing advisory services to ensure that the FinTech organisation operates in accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements

- Designing and implementing measures to reduce the level of compliance risk.

- To manage the relationship with the regulators

- To ensure legal / compliance diligence for new customers/ vendors on boarding: KYC, Intelligence checks and AML verifications.
