- The role is responsible for strategizing, developing & implementing the Compliance agenda of the Organization and uphold compliance requirements in alignment with business strategy and objectives
- Strong work experience in building positive culture in the organisation
- Leveraging technology in running compliance programs
- Knowledge of various laws - Anti bribery, POSH, Anti corruption, Regulatory compliances etc
- Ability to build preventive controls to minimize the impact of risk.
- Partner with senior global stakeholders in embedding Compliance
- Improve the impact & understanding of Compliance through training's and other interventions
- Drive for creative excellence through project management
- Prepare communication plans to drive compliance culture
