Job Description:
- Liaising with RBI and managing regulatory compliances
- Managing a CS team member and being a signatory. Managing board meetings, directors and shareholders
- Managing Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Trust, Data Privacy, Human Rights Compliance and Export Control for the organisation
- Responsible for all correspondence with the regulators like RBI, MCA, data submissions and coordinations
Profile :
- Candidate should be a registered CS
- Candidate should have 12+ years of Post Qualification experience in CS and regulatory compliances (RBI, MCA etc)
- Candidate should be currently working in an NBFC
