Key Responsibilities: - Managing End to End reporting and compliance in relations to IRDAI - Responsible for all compliances related to IRDA Broking License - Liaison with IRDA for requisite approvals - Timely submission of IRDA compliance reports - Representing the company during IRDA Audits, Hearings, etc - Devising SOPs and Controlling sales quality and conducting internal audit - Regular updation with changes in Insurance laws and share updates with company's management - Training of team into Insurance laws and regulations - Benchmarking with the Industries best practices and improving the processes to move towards best practices. Requirements/Qualification: - Professional Qualifications - CS/LLB - At Least 10+ years of relevant experience while working in insurance sector (with Insurer or large Insurer Distributer) - Sound Knowledge of IRDAI and Regulatory Reporting - Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Uncompromising personal and professional integrity and ethics
