- Mumbai MBA from Tier 1 B- School ; your experience in rewards can be in either consulting firm or as rewards manager in a large MNC or professionally run organisation . Good experience as HRBP for 2-3 years will be excellent.

- You must have minimum of 6 years of HR with strong C&B experience ; specialised experience will be preferred.
