- Provide C&B solutions to our clients across the regions in India.
- Job Evaluation, Compensation Benchmarking & Structuring,
- Designing Pay Ranges and Merit Matrix,
- Executive, Professional, Para Professional definition and design,
- Reviewing and Revamping long term/ short-term incentive plans,
- Benchmarking policies/ benefits in line with respective markets
- Organization's Total Rewards Strategy
Qualifications :
- MBA with specialization in Human Resources a from premier institute.
- The role will be based out of Pune / Bangaluru.
- The person must have comfort with numbers and be analytics oriented
- The person must have worked either in a CnB Specialist Consulting firm or in a CnB role in a substantially big organization with strong HR Systems.
