Head - Compensation & Benefits/Rewards - BPO/KPO/IT (14-20 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be involved in managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the year-end annual review cycle, job analysis/evaluation whenever required.
- Responsible for proposing and executing change with respect to C&B policies and guidelines.
Qualification:
- MBA with 14-20 years of experience in C&B space.
- Exposure to managing regulatory issues, Tax, benefit plans including, Insurance, asset program etc.
- Experience of managing senior level compensation with understanding of deferred compensation, ESOPs etc.
