Primary Objective :   This position is a part of the HR Leadership team. This position is responsible to lead compensation & benefits, performance management system and human resources information system functions and also act as coach and mentor to the reporting teams.  Major Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities :   Compensation & Benefits :   - Responsible for Compensation and Benefits policy, its structure, development, implementation and improvement.  - With the steep growth, main challenge of the role is to provide long term competitive advantage in terms of candidate attraction and employee retention through leading edge Compensation and Benefit practices.  - This includes benchmarking of jobs and levels with the market.  - To effectively structure and monitor the short, medium and long term performance incentives.  - To constantly audit the reward payouts as being proportionate to efforts and results as well as being motivational tools for enhancing performance and productivity.  - To manage the Compensation Budget for the company and monitor its effectiveness in terms of productivity (employee spend vs. construction spend & revenue).  Manpower Planning :  - Our company is at a stage where we need to formulate plans to balance the aggressive growth and its manpower requirement. This makes the manpower planning process of prime importance to ensure proper utilization of human resources with optimum productivity.  - Lead overall preparation, implementation and updating of manpower plan, in collaboration with related stakeholders. Establishing and developing manpower planning policies, processes and strategies in alignment with the overall company growth guidelines  - Prepare consolidated annual headcount & compensation budget in consultation and partnership with C&B and TA leads.  Human resources information systems:  - With the growth comes the need to automate systems and processes. The position is expected to direct implementation and usage of information systems in HR function.  - HR systems is a strategic priority and will further enable the function to transform through a significant reduction in manual processes by creating the opportunity for the HR team to focus on higher value-add activities. The position is expected to leverage the existing information systems.  - Review existing implementation/structure, challenge and drive the implementation with a focus to standardize HRIS systems, processes and interfaces across all HR functions and minimise the usage of satellite systems. Audit, improve and revitalize current SAP HR modules  - Customer HR Head, Head Talent Acquisition, Departmental/Functional Heads  Visibility to senior leadership/Promoters :  Will work directly with President HR and will interact with Managing Directors on a regular basis.  Cross functional exposure :   Will get exposure to all functions within HR.
