Head - Compensation & Benefits/Performance Management - FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/Logistics Firm (8-13 yrs)
Head C&B & Performance Management
- You will be leading designing and delivering solutions in the area of Compensation & Benefits
- Work with Senior business leadership to strategise, develop and implement Compensation & Benefits policy and structure for the organisation
- Managing reward interventions including benchmarking, annual salary revisions, design of incentive and benefits programs, job evaluation
- Designing of new initiatives and implementation of running R&R programs
The ideal candidate would have :
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in C&B as well as PM function post MBA from a good institute and proven track with reputed organisations
- Prior experience with FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/Supply chain/internet/consulting companies
- Strong analytical and solution oriented mindset
