- Planning and Budgeting, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Annual Compensation Review & AIP Management, Job Evaluation, HR Operations

- Plan, design and implement compensation strategy, employee benefits plans and policies, performance management, HR Operations, Job Analysis & Evaluation and HRMIS to facilitate clarity on roles and structures, strengthen performance culture, enhance market competitiveness, ensure smooth employee life cycle processes & effective employee cost control.

- The role is responsible for driving the Performance Management System, Compensation benchmarking and HR operations to ensure employee satisfaction and adherence to HR Compliance and audit standards with aligned objectives to support the business goals.

Key Challenges for the role are as follows:

- Managing expectations on compensation based on extreme market data points

- Education on compensation & benefits is scarce

- Managing the pace of HR processes such as payroll, compensation, HRIS and operations with the context of the business

- Defining & Managing Compensation & benefits programs in alignment with the XXX Compensation architecture.

- Drive pay to performance compensation philosophy by defining level-based compensation banding & structure.

- Enhance market intelligence on Compensation through benchmarking by participation in Compensation Surveys and internal database of new employees.

- Managing wage costs to ensure compensation to OPEX ratio as per budgets.

- Responsible for HR process and payroll audit & compliance.

- Drive Performance Management System and HRIS module utilization across the organization.

- Ensuring effective management of multiple vendors.
