- Manage the operational aspects for the HR function in liaisoning with the vendors, setting up systems, benefits for employees and align with new group policies and ensuring compliance
- Handle - ESOPS, manage PMS, rewards., insurance, health benefits, bench marking and mapping exercise, payroll process, reviews, etc.
- MBA (HR) with minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing HR C&B systems & processes.
- Candidates from Consulting Cos/ Banks are eligible to apply.
CTC: 25 - 30 lacs.
