Head - Compensation & Benefits - NBFC

We have urgent opening for the below mentioned position with a Leading NBFC.

Role: Head-Compensation & Benefits

Job Location: Kolkata

Compensation and Benefits:

- Participating in various salary bench marking surveys and to ensure that our Compensation & Benefits packages are market competitive.

- End to end Budgeting and Quarterly Forecasting of HR direct and indirect costs.

- Assist in the annual salary review and annual bonus payouts during the annual increment cycle.

- Responsible for ensuring smooth roll out of annual compensation revision letters across the organization.

- Resolve compensation issues and independently make appropriate recommendations to the management, wherever required.

- Insurance Renewal and Negotiation with service provider for Group Insurance Policies, to ensure cost effectiveness and support employee needs and in alignment with organization strategy.

- Provide regular compensation and benefits consulting support to the business to ensure that all decisions and actions in line with Bank philosophy and guidelines
