Head - Compensation & Benefits - Manufacturing

The opportunity is with a well-established group in Lagos, Nigeria. The company has been in its presence for over 50 years.

- 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience

- Work spread across the group companies and across different geographies

- Exemplary benchmarking / mapping skills (salaries, designations, levels, bands in the market/industry)

- Adept at data gathering, controlling, bringing the entire discipline, then start value addition

- Payroll will be the responsibility of Comp & Ben (might be outsourced)

- Relevant global work experience will be an advantage

- Bachelor's Degree with a major in financial and statistical analysis (MBA in HR preferred)

This will be an Individual Contributor role as it's a new role, it might grow into a team role
