Overall, Role Purpose : Manage the salary and benefits administration, implement performance bonus and other incentive programs for DHL FTE/FTC employees. Participate salary surveys to compare against market practice. Design and implement tax friendly salary structure. Framing new policies/processes and regularly updating the existing. Governance of HR systems within Legal and local framework. KRA : - Strategize general direction and C&B policy - New policies and processes, regular update on existing. - Support, guidance and recommendations on department structure, roles profiles, RCS grading, and compensation. - Implementation of HR system projects International Assignees: - Manage assignees contracts and C&B, support on smooth relocation. All employees: - Handle employee compensation, tax and retirement benefit queries. Timely resolving employee disputes/grievances. - Support and guidance on employee relocation and benefits Regional C&B (APAC): - Implementation of various APAC C&B initiatives, bonus plans and incentives schemes. - MIS Regional /Corporate HR (Country): - Implement and guide on various C&B initiatives rolled out by APAC office. - Advise on employee relocation process & benefits. - Recommendations of compensation for promotions & Transfers - Service providers, Tax consultants, Employee fund, legal authorities/consultants: - Retirement benefits administration, - Align Company Policy to legal requirements. - Statutory Compliance - Salary surveys - Benefit Administration Skills: - Presentation skills - Facilitation and training skills - Managerial skills - Database skills - Software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Excellence in logic, statistics, mathematics - Project Management skills - Communication skills, spoken and written (English and national language) - Numerate and strong analytical skills - 7+ year's relevant C&B/finance experience - 3 years - must have managerial or supervisory experience. - Experience in implementation of 2-3 projects on HR systems - Expertise in Statutory & Taxation knowledge
