They are looking to hire a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional having prior experience with reputed MNC captives/ITES firms.

Description

Profile

- At least 9 years experience in Compensation and Benefits post MBA from a Tier-1 institute is a must.

- Prior experience working with reputed MNC set-ups in progressively increasing leaderships roles.

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.

- Well networked and respected in the local HR community.
