Job Description:
1. Design and lead the India & Global Compensation and Benefits policies and practices
2. Monitor and design Global salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent;
3. Research and analyze salary trends and benefits offered by other employers in the comparator basket;
4. Undertake Job Evaluations to ensure that correctly align roles/ jobs to their righteous levels and rightfully justify the variation in salary between those doing different jobs within the organization;
5. Coordinate compensation processes - salary planning, annual variable pay planning and various incentive scheme development
