Job role:-
- Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
- Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits
- Keep track of prevailing market trends on pay scale and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
- Candidates with 8-12 years experience and with a post Graduate degree in HR
