Our Client is India's largest B2B ed-tech start-up enabling 15k+ educators to create their digital identity with their own branded app. They have raised ~$90M from marquee investors like Tiger Global, GSV Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Falcon Edge, Blume Ventures and several others who support our vision of empowering educators.

What You'll Do -

As an Compensation & Benefits Leader:

- Define compensation philosophy and guidelines in line with compliance as well as the company's philosophy

- Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent

- Perform appraisal reviews based on market and startup specific benchmarking to ensure - competitiveness

- Oversee and periodically review the benefits portfolio

- Define career progression for all roles along with L&D Head

As an HR Business Partner:

- Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles. Consult with leaders to create a - comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business

- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement simplified solutions

- Work with a other People Office functions to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, performance management, data analysis, talent engagement, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards

- Use and request data strategically - identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth

- Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles

You Should Apply if you are:

- You are currently a Compensation and Benefits Manager and have some experience in HR Business Partnering as well

- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Compensation and Benefits and a total of 5-8 years of work experience

- You are from a top tier B School

- You have worked in a fast paced startup environment
