Role:
- Responsible for managing end to end compensation across the group companies.
- Responsible for compensation benchmarking across sectors.
- Design & administer leadership compensation.
- Design innovative benefits packages.
- Involved in the curation/design of company policies.
Preferred candidate:
- Mandatory experience for working with IT/ITes sector
- Experience in complete Rewards experience, including salary / benefits / LTI / ESOPs / RSUs.
- Ability to work in a lean team and manage senior stakeholders.
