We have an opening with one of the growing Consumer Firms for Head of Compensation and Benefits: Job Responsibilities: - Develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to the business model, and translate total compensation philosophy and strategy to the need of the business. - Participate in salary market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and create competitive pay ranges. - Anticipate market trends, developments and internal and external competitiveness. - Partner with Corporate compensation team to review the pay strategy for the organization followed by recommendations to the management. - Develop deferred income plan for top performing middle management employees with an aim to increase the longevity and productivity towards the success of the organization - Administer the long term incentive plans for the senior management team.
