Head - Compensation & Benefits - BFSI/Telecom/FMCG (15-20 yrs)
Role- Head- C&B and Ops
Reporting- CXO level
- Implementing pay for performance compensation, retention strategies (ESOPs, one time bonuses etc)
- Compensation Benchmarking to get custom specific trends
- Performance Management- Annual review, policy review, process re engineering, Annual review etc
- Partner with legal, compliance & internal audit to ensure timely monitoring and compliance to various labor laws and process audit compliance
- Partner with the Business HR to establish productivity and spans & layers norms
- Formulate, plan and implement Employee Shared Services Strategies/ Digitisation to re-imagine the employee experience\
- 15 or more years with minimum 5 years experience in Compensation Structuring and ESOP/Long Term Incentive Design as well as substantial exposure to HR Operations
- Masters in Business Administration (HR/ PM&IR) from a recognized (Tier 1 or 2) institute. Knowledge of Labour Laws and exposure to HRIS/HR Automation a must
