Job Description :
- Lead the complete compensation & benefit plans, payroll, Audits, reward schemes and other related policies for approximately 3000+ employees in South Asia region (SA).
- Develop and implement the strategy, including salary bench marking, pension scheme, bonus, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review
- Manage and streamline payroll / compensation activities, benefit programs, policies and procedures, including but not limited to job evaluation, job classification/reclassification
- Lead the CoE (Center of Excellence) for HR analytics for South Asia through data preparation, report generation and management decks to support various business needs
- Keeping track of market and business situations
- Design and recommend proposals for new and improved programs based on institutional need and/or governmental changes
- Identify, propose and implement best practices and process improvements in order to promote functional efficiency and productivity
- Central authority and process owner for benefit arrangements like life insurance and healthcare
- Ownership and preparation of the HR budget
- Contributing actively towards any organization wide integration/acquisition activities
- Oversee and ensure adherence to statutory compliance.

- Lead HRIS Implementation and Administration
- ESOP Compliances
- Performs other related duties as assigned
