- Lead/ Manage Compensation Programs like Salary reviews, bonus, promotion etc.
- Compensation in Global Mobility: Formulating policies on Local & Expat Compensation Model Design, Currency Exch. Rate Administration, Offer fitments - Exceptions related to mobility
- Accountable for Review of Salary Ranges, Job evaluation and Market pricing of jobs
- Survey participation with Mercer, Radford etc to Create/ Review Salary Tables

- Organizational Climate Survey - Set up framework for survey to be conducted every year
- Planning and strategizing for nationwide Recruitment
