Head Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the compensation & benefits philosophy, identify compensation and benefits needs in order to cater to the compensation & benefits requirements of all the employees.
- Define the compensation philosophy & principles for all India employees and expats
- Design compensation & benefits and global mobility policies
- Design compensation & benefit structures to address the needs of employees posted abroad
- Provide subject matter expertise to Business Partners and HRM services
- Share knowledge across the organization by regularly connecting with peers in other business units to share relevant practices to pass along new learnings.
- Design, develop and spearhead the organization on compensation & benefits related policy decisions along with proper financial controls, accurate records, and compliant procedures at the international and national level.
- Develop a consistent structure for analyzing compensation & benefits across India and provide global compensation & benefits analysis to attract, engage and retain the best talent in the industry
- Design the company’s pension plan and all benefit plans; this includes designing procedures for annual audit of the plans
- Design the social security benefit plans for expats posted at different geographies in line with statutory requirements and simultaneously protect benefits given to the employees at the home country level.
- Direct development of techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting compensation & benefits data for all global offices
- Establish innovative, cost effective compensation & benefits tools and programs to drive business results
- Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation & benefits laws and analyse effectiveness of the policies implemented to bring policy improvements
- Develop and establish policies and practices for globally placed employees of the organization
- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
