Educational Qualification :

Principal Accountabilities :

Compensation Strategy

1. Assessing the organization's pay structure, ESOP designing.

2. Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys

3. Evaluating compensation policies

4. Ensuring that the pay practices comply with state and federal laws and regulations

5. Determining position classifications

6. Preparing and updating salary scales

7. Making recommendations regarding job descriptions, salaries, and classifications (Writing and revising)

8. Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive

9. Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends

10. Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data.

PMS

1. To manage all departmental performance issues.

2. To devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters.

3. To manage, influence and motivate staff associated with performance issues.

4. To devise and implement policies and strategies for the development, implementation and monitoring of local service delivery performance standards.

5. To manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

6. To coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.

7. To represent the Authority and attend meetings at all levels in association with the above duties.

8. To be responsible for managing and controlling budgets and expenditure within the approved allocations of the section.

9. To prepare and submit reports in connection with the above duties.

10. To provide training and guidance to departmental staff, senior managers, members on performance and service improvement.

11. To coordinate performance indicator information, providing regular updates to partner authorities and coordinating meetings.
