Head - Compensation & Benefit - BPO/ITeS (15-21 yrs)
We do have an opportunity for Head Compensation & Benefits with a leading organisation based out of Mumbai
JD :
- Managing team of 10 people including first line managers & executives working on various aspects of CnB including Compensation planning and budgeting, Employee Benefits,HR Analytics & Audits and HR Policies & Communication, Monthly Payroll processing and HR Statutory Compliances.
ANALYTICS :
- Oversee HR metrics, design budgets and schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions.
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION :
- Co-ordinate and manage employee payroll while meeting all accuracy, timeliness and satisfaction metrics
- Ensure all practices and processes are compliant to all labour laws; report adherence to compliances to appropriate statutory authorities .
