1. Monitoring salary structure and benefits
2. Previous experience of payroll processing essential
3. Responsible for both Strategy & operations in comp & ben
4. Build relationships with other benefits companies that can provide further services (food, transport etc)
6. Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels
7. Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs
8. Direct the administration of benefit programs to include: health, retirement, death, disability, and unemployment
