Urgently hiring for a leading NBFC to Head their Secretarial Function to be based at their Corporate Head Office in New Delhi. Looking only for Female Candidates.   - Conducting the Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, preparation of agenda, support papers to agenda, preparing the minutes of meeting, filing the relevant forms and returns with Registrar of Companies and with other government authorities. Liaison with government agencies including RBI  - Key role in ensuring the decisions of the Board implemented and communicated within the organization. Advise the company and board on corporate governance.   - Monitoring the implementation of the Corporate Governance. Preparation of Annual Reports, drafting Directors Report, Report on Corporate Governance, preparing report on Management Discussion and Analysis of the industry and vetting the legal documents.   - Leading the team for the purpose of legal due diligence of the company.   - Interaction with Directors, Auditors, bankers, financial institutions & solicitors.   - Conducting the Annual General Meeting.
