Head - Company Secretary & Legal - IT

Our client is a is a global leader in Engineering and R&D services with innovation and R&D design centers globally, they specialize in disruptive technology spaces such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Collaborative Robots, Digital Factory, and Autonomous Transport, looking to hire Head of Company Secretary / Legal to be based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor adherence to statutory, regulatory, corporate reporting and disclosure requirements;

- Support in achieving compliance;

- Organizing/Supporting for Board & Shareholder meetings & Board-level Advisory Support

- Corporate Reporting, Disclosures & Records Management

- ESOP administration

- Global Statutory Audit

- Advisory support during incorporation, listing, restructuring and divestiture of companies and any M&A activities

- Shareholder Servicing & Monitoring

- People Management

- Overseeing legal affairs

Role reports to the CFO & based in Mumbai
