Head - Company Secretary & Legal - Chemical Manufacturing Firm (10-15 yrs)
Our client is a BSE/NSE listed chemical manufacturing company with operations in India and 40 plus countries around the world. They seek Head - Company Secretary and legal, to be based in Mumbai at their HO. This position reports in to Directors.
Following are the roles and responsibilities of this role -
1. Hands-on exposure in managing company secretarial role and legal role for BSE and NSE listed company.
2. Must have managed subsidiaries spread around the globe.
3. Responsible for ensuring RBI compliances, SEBI laws and compliances and such statutory needs.
4. Must understand all the regulations and compliances of listed company
5. Must have handled international subsidiaries in terms of compliances and regulations for International subsidiaries
6. Must be aware of Board Process,
7. Must be adept in handling Investor's grievances
8. Connecting with with advocates and Solicitors, attending the Court proceedings in case of litigation matters of the company.
