Head - Communications & CSR - Auto (16-27 yrs)

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES :
1. Manage external communication and public relations for the organization including media, industry etc. And influence their perception on the brand.
- Develop strong integrated communications program that drive both brand power and sales
- Involved in product communication including matters related to product advisory and recall
- Manage initiatives to increasing reputation, visibility and positioning in the Indian auto industry
- Involved in marketing communication, work with Sales and marketing for sales public relations and announce prices, media coverage and other information related to aspects of sales and marketing
- Oversee industry relations and other external stakeholder relations
- Ensure the management of crisis and that the right message is conveyed externally
- Provide media/ journalists with information concerning a new product that is about to be launched
- Create strategy around brand positioning - how to position the brand to the stakeholder
2. Manage and oversee internal communication :
- Maintain corporate communication by following global corporate communication guidelines
- Engage with employees through constant and relevant horizontal and downward communication
- Oversee the execution and launch of newsletters, executive mailers etc.
3. Manage CSR :
- Developing the CSR strategy and programs aligned to the business
- Managing CSR Partners to plan the CSR events across India
- Manage the CSR activities and communicate it internally and externally
4. Provide support plant production events and for provide advisory for top management
- Arrange and oversee production events, townhall meetings during executive visits
- Coordinate and arrange executive visits and help the executives with speeches, communication etc..
- Manage cross entity communication giving opportunity for each entity to interact with each other.
5. Undertake employee development and performance management initiatives to improve performance and morale
- Identify the training and development needs of direct reports and their team and undertake relevant programs
- Assess the performance of direct reports and provide them with developmental feedback and support.
- Provide timely recognition and thus ensure a high level of employee morale
