A management consulting vertical (700+) with offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi is looking for a Head Communications to be based at their Delhi office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of the Communication Head would entail setting and standardizing all forms of written communication across the Organisation and it's office's.

- Plan and Execute Internal Communication Strategy for office initiatives and events aligned with the organisation goals and vision.

- Specialise in Content with a focus on content generation for all internal stakeholders (meaning employee).

- To understand the need and expectations of the Sr. Management and consultants and draft suitable internal communications for them.

- To draft clear, crisp and error free proposals, memorandums, reports etc that use appropriate style, tone and language. These may be for internal stakeholders and external clients.

- To standardise all patterns of communication across the organisation that would include font, language and standardised format's accessible and available across the organisation and it's various branches nationally and internationally.

- Organise communication skill workshops for junior, middle and senior level management on presentation skills, interviewing skills, writing skills aiming at improving interactive and interpersonal communication.

- Develop a communications training curriculum for the organisation. Plan a training calendar to implement every stage of this training curriculum in the organisation across all offices and branches.

- To help develop effective communication strategies for clients by advising them on the communication method's to be followed with their stakeholders by supporting them with their internal and external communication.

- Leading and facilitating workshop's for the clients as and when required.

Experience & Essential skill sets

- 8- 12 years of work experience.

- Preferably from a consulting industry & premier institute.

- Should have handled the Communications function for atleast 4 to 5 years.

- Experience in writing Business proposals, content for websites, or writing manuals would be preferred.

- A degree in Journalism or Social Communications from a Premier College is a must. A post Graduation would be preferred.

- Must have an eye for detail and must have lead a team.
