Head Commercial ( Vehicle/Construction Equipment )

Location: Mumbai

- Ensure business profitability through pricing, negotiating dealer/vendor partnerships and reviewing risk management for the vehicle leasing business

- Works with Department Heads to negotiate new vendor partnerships

- Works with sales teams to provide pricing and approval for new contracts

- Provides competitive risk-based-pricing for leased assets

- Market Intelligence gathering for residual value and pricing risk/trends across channels

- Manages and monitors portfolio mix and delinquencies

- Sets and ensure policy implementation for residual values for fleet management team

- Establish internal controls to avoid frauds and revenue leakages

- Reviews risk policies & internal processes at regular intervals and suggests modification

- Monitors the required internal and external regulatory compliances

- Commercial Head will need to have a good understanding of how Automobile, Aftersales and Remarketing trends impact RVs. New vehicle makes, models & variants present a challenge in estimating pricing based on RVs.

- Setting Risk Control criteria

- Contract Pricing for customers

- Overall Product Pricing related decisions

- Proven track record of having handled/worked in commercial function

- Min. 15 years of Commercial experience and risk management. Sectoral experience in Pre-owned Car or Leasing preferred.

Relevant sectoral experience includes Automobile Manufacturing and asset heavy sectors.
