Job Overview:

As Head - Commercial Profit and Loss (P&L) the incumbent would be responsible for overseeing the financial performance and profitability of the commercial segment of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of initiatives to drive commercial success. The individual will work closely with senior management both in India and the UK to ensure that commercial strategies align with financial objectives and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing commercial performance and achieving long-term objectives.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive growth and profitability.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment between commercial strategies and financial goals.

- Oversee the commercial P&L to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support commercial goals and objectives.

- Assist in developing a credible brand image through efficient customer servicing post sales

- Support debt recovery

- Provide clarification on all commercial related queries
