We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate in Mining Business

Position Details : Head Commercial

Place of Posting : Gujarat

Reporting to Business Head

Desired Candidate Profile :

CA with 15 years of relevant work experience with large infrastructure companies dealing with Govt. Contracts, in Power / Mining / Port / Highways/ Airports / Oil & Gas / Real Estate.

Skills:

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Contracts, Commercial and legal aspects. Ability to deal with senior Govt. officials, understands Govt. systems and processes.

- Very good communication skills both oral and written.

- Extremely good at stakeholder management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

- Leadership and entrepreneuring skills.

- Hands on, detailing of issues, ownership, change management, technology savvy.

Purpose of the job:

The incumbent will be responsible for Spearhead commercial activities including contract management of vendors and customers of all the ongoing projects within the business.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring, Control Contract Management Activities ensuring contractual obligations while safeguarding organization's interested w.r.t. Cost Efficiency, Timely Delivery, Mitigating risks etc.

2. Identify. Highlight, Alert w.r.t. deviations and/or risks (if any) within purview of contractual obligations.

3. Ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled as per the scope of work within purview of the contracts.

4. Liaison, Communicate, Coordinate with Govy. Authorities / clients and internal stakeholders and Leadership Team.

5. Leading - Resolving /Ensuring Operations team interaction with customers in order to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction

6. Leading a team of Contract Administrators, Guide and Coach them for better productivity and overall sustained capability within the team.

7. Build & Report MIS w.r.t. key parameters, issues impacting businesses.
