This position is responsible for:
- Advising on commercial real estate aspects and structuring commercial transactions with respect to lease sales.
- Leading, guiding and managing effective formulation of the Leasing Sales, Marketing & CRM strategies to deliver budgeted sales plan and for the desired positioning in the market and brand recall of the business
- Managing direct and indirect channel partners for getting leasing done for company's revenue collection
- Planning, implementing and directing all kinds of marketing and branding strategies
- Driving the establishment and implementation of a robust customer/client service system and processes through an understanding of client needs & market trends.
