- Sales and Prospect Management - Ability to establish a relationship, identify prospect needs and close the leasing.
- Marketing Planning - Aid in the execution of the annual marketing plan, responsible for conducting leasing activities. Assist in branding the overall property through cutting-edge marketing campaigns and on-campus promotional events.
- Lease Management - Responsible for achieving occupancy goals of the property through managing various initiatives, campaigns, programs and events.
- Social Media - Use social media tools to increase exposure, gain brand awareness and create client loyalty.
- Research - Conducting research on new markets and awareness of the emerging trends, M&A in the sector, potential customers for leasing development.
- Relationship management- To establish a strong rapport with existing customers and address all their concerns to ensure the existing customers continues to grow with the organization.
- Pre- Leasing-Should be able to establish a strong pipeline for pre-leasing of the assets under construction
