Head - Commercial Leasing

The primary responsibility of strategizing, managing, and growing the Offices-Leasing Business by representing the demand side Corporate Tenants.

- Managing a team of leasing professionals to ensure the achievement of leasing targets.

- Handling and execution of Leasing Transactions End-to-End right from identification of requirement till the delivery of a fitted-out office.

- Responsible for overall Business Development to be done in Gurgaon

- Advising clients on Micro-market behavior,stock-supply, and absorption trends to enable informed decision-making.

- Handling the company's Global Accounts NCR and servicing their Real Estate requirements.

- Developing relationships in the Corporate Circle to widen our client network.

- Developing and growing strong relationships on the supply side with Developers & Landlords and Associate Partners.
