Head - Commercial Finance - Retail/FMCG

Education - CA 1st attempt Or MBA from premium institutes

Should have at least 3-4 yrs of team management experience

Should be able to work in fast paced environment.

Should be from companies in Retail/ FMCG sectors.

Role:

Responsible for Profitability reports, Feasibility reports for the SBU, monthly Flash and preparation of Monthly Forecasts, Likely estimates. Preparation and presentation of Budget.

- Budgeting: Allocating funds to meet costs, such as salaries, raw materials, and rent

- Forecasting: Predicting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results

- Risk management: Assessing risks in financial transactions and conducting risk management

- Investment evaluation: Evaluating and deciding on investments

- Cash flow management: Managing cash flows and allocating resources

- Profit and cost analysis: Conducting profit and cost analyses

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting policies

- Financial reporting: Preparing reports on financial data, including financial statements, ratio analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Leadership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

- Communication: Communicating with board members and other stakeholders

- Policy development: Developing secure procedures to maintain confidential information
