Head - Commercial Commodity - Electrical Products

1. Responsible & handle all electrical parts like (Wiring Harness, Switches, Alternator, Starter, lights, Cluster, Sensors, Battery etc.) this includes Supplier identification, Technical & Commercial assessment, qualification, negotiations, rate contract, stocking program.

2. To evaluate, develop, and qualify potential suppliers for assigned commodities. Routine supplier audit, potential supplier assessment for QMS and EMS.

3. Negotiation with suppliers on cost targets with the help of Zero-Based costing.

- Industry mapping, Achieving commodity target of PPM, BIS, ELF, Zero Defect supplier, Supplier Certification.

4. Accountable to lead team with end to end cost management, Budget planning, Sourcing, development, program management and flawless launches with overdrive profitability.

5. Leading proactive planning of supplier's risk management related to Finance, IR & Production.

6. Develop, implement and monitoring of monthly Metrics for Sourcing, Profitability, Commodity panel, YOY saving, timely launches programs & development progress as well as Capacity mapping.
