Role & Responsibilities:-
- Works closely with engagement teams to review and finalize project cost, finalize pricing proposals, propose and support negotiation of contracts, with a primary focus on ensuring successful closure of opportunities.
- Would be responsible to manage plant accounts, finance, admin, ERP,IT, procurement, warehousing, etc.
- Develop standard cost template to speed up and minimize risk in cost modeling of a solution. Appropriately interpret the commercial terms of client RFP/ RFQ and requirements and work with stakeholders to minimize commercial and operational risks.
- Assists in subcontract negotiations.
- Analyze and assesses potential impacts associated with contractual disputes, and assists in negotiations with clients to resolve informal/formal disputes.
- Develop controls, processes and procedures to aid in delivering contract margins as planned by ensuring there are no revenue leakage and cost overrun.
- Become the go-to-individual for researching complex contract issue, summarizes and communicates key contractual requirements and obligations.
- Keep abreast with latest tax regulations & advise various stakeholders.
- Be a strong business partner to the Business Line leader in running the business.
- Analyze and report current business performance and KPIs to ensure that business stays on track.
- Maintain, update and track the rolling commercial operations budget and forecast for external costs according to updated timelines on a monthly basis and as necessary for special reporting.
- Map and track Commercial Operations Work Orders and Change Orders to the budget; file consistently using the proper cost codes.
- Review Commercial project proposals, budget contracts and agreements to ensure all costs are reasonably accounted for in advance of the signing of all contracts.
- Support finance in day to day operations.
- Handling Audits, MIS and financial reporting.
