Location : Mumbai - Andheri - Collection experience of 10-12 years. - Pan India experience to handle field as well in-house tele calling. - Ability to develop teams across India. - Good in collection analysis skill & strategy. - Good knowledge about dialer set up, ivr set up, Digital collection infra. - Collection experience should be in unsecured loans mainly CD loan & PL. - Good excel skill & knowledge about data, data segmentation. - Ability to work with the IT team & help development of collection dashboard.
