Job Description - Head of collections role with one of the most established Startups in the Fintech Space

Our client is one of the established Startups with a market leading fintech platform

Description

- Managing end to end collections for both secured and unsecured lending business along with managing relationship with all key stakeholders

- Building a robust collection team and growing the existing team

- Managing customer queries and complaints with an efficient redressal mechanism in place.

- Setting up robust fraud management and operations practices to reduce delinquency ratios.

- Implementing collection processes and policies

Profile

The successful candidate should have managed various geographies PAN India and should have led a large collections team for both secured and unsecured loans
