Description :

- Must have solid collection experience with a NBFC or Fintech Company.

- Head the collections for the entire portfolio of the company

- Devise and implement the collections strategy for the FinTech

- Take care of both Hard as well as soft collections for the firm

- Manage a team in order to implement the collections strategy on ground

- Work directly with the Founders and top leadership towards achieving the strategic vision of the organization

Profile :

- 10-16 years of experience in collections and collections strategy

- Experience in managing collections for a Fintech is preferred

- Understanding of digital collections as well as digital framework
