Roles and Responsibilities : - Manage and grow the in-house collections team including telecalling and field executives - Onboard and work with existing agencies for late bucket collections. - Work closely with Chief Risk Officer to develop the overall collections strategy and achieve NPA targets while monitoring the cost of collections - Facilitate the collection team organization and structure - Define and communicate collection targets to the team and ensure the team meets the targets - Monitor collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such actions Apply If : - You have 10+ years of experience in leading and scaling debt collection operations especially in consumer lending domain - You have a strong network of professional relationships in the collections space - You have excellent people management skills and are able to adapt to recruiting, motivating and mentoring a variety of team members at scale - You are result-oriented, number-driven, can constantly track operational metrics, deliver results with good quality and relentlessly pursue improvement
