Head - Collection Strategy - Two Wheeler Loan - NBFC

- Develop strategies from the collection prospective and support in the delivery of budgeted numbers.

- Also ensures that existing risk management tools are used optimally and designs new tools. 

- Identifying and pursuing areas of opportunity that enhance the collectability of / financial return upon impaired assets by improving the decision tools, treatment and strategies used within Loans Collections processes. 

- Generation of key management information to support business direction setting being an important component.

- Liaising with colleagues within the business and across business functions such as Sales, Credit and Operations to share feedback and challenges so as to ascertain and agree on introducing policy changes/amendment

- Application of analytics to explain key shifts in the portfolio and make strategic recommendations by using appropriate collections key measurement areas such as bounce rates, First Payment defaults, portfolio segmentation based on customers, MOB analysis, market segmentation (regions/ locations), performance trend based on resolution rates

- Deliver detailed financial and behavioral trend analysis, and produce accurate projections
