Head - Collection Strategy - Bank/NBFC (15-20 yrs)
Over 8+ years- work experience in managing national or large zonal collection teams for retail unsecured loans/Supply Chain Finance / SME loans for Banks, Fintech or large NBFCs
- Experience in managing collection for large portfolio of unsecured SME loans, preferably supply chain finance (dealer finance) portfolios
- Experience in scaling collection operations by setting up the Policies, Processes, Systems and Team is a big plus
- Proven track record of managing a clean & healthy portfolio at all times
- Responsible for delivering collection results from the acquired portfolios
- Demonstrated track record of managing large portfolio (1000 Crore +)
- Building and execution of collection strategy, driving process/strategic changes
Experience of managing both Tele-calling and Field based collection operations
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent logic and problem-solving skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management - Internal & External
- Self-driven & energetic
- Strategic management of large dealer portfolio
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 15 years of experience of managing retail collection operations in BFSI.
- Preferred Post-graduation / MBA
