Head - Co-Lending - NBFC

 At present we have an opening with one of our client "A leading NBFC" based at Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implementation of strategic partnerships with Banks. Reach out to different Banks and onboarding them keeping in mind organization's strategic objectives.

- Providing support to the business teams responsible for u/w business for each partner to ensure smooth flow of business and ensuring scale up of partnership.

- Running the co-lending with Banks as a program manager with end to end responsibility, which will include following:

- Day-to-day liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations.

- Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product

- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with management.

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy.

- Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

- Achieve target as assigned by the organization on monthly basis through support to respective business teams responsible for origination of said loans for the partnership.
