Our Client is a Leading Radio Channel having a Pan India presence, with a current focus on digital initiatives and strategy along with international expansion plans.

Description

- Concept Creation and Ideation: To identify & develop new on air concepts / initiatives for various shows / dayparts / stations / regions


- Creation of new revenue generating opportunities through on air & on ground initiatives

- Demonstrate leadership - Invest in development of team, encourage innovative practices, maintain high motivation levels & team attrition levels.


- Enhance the on air soundscape of the stations by regular reviews & product improvements


Profile

The ideal candidate comes with:

- 8+ years of work experience in managing editorial content across media platforms such as Digital, TV or Print


- Well networked with the media, film & entertainment fraternity and other creative islands

- Digitally savvy & capable of increasing the digital footprint with fresh ideas / concepts
