- Completion of study as per agreed timelines, budget and acceptable/desired level of quality standards

- Site Feasibility, selection and management

- Lead the strategic site feasibility and patient recruitment & retention planning

- Budget negotiation and Investigator grant payments

- Vendor management and coordination

- New site network development

- Training of team

- Implementing best practises in PM & CO

- Assisting in strategic development of company in new areas

- Attending project meetings with sponsors & PM

- Pharmacy management
